our visual effects process
The process of choosing when, where and how to implement visual effects are a fun and creative process. Once we find the subject or image that we all agree on we then ask the question “what we are trying to accomplish with that effect”. Sometimes it is just eye candy and other times it is the window into a deeper part of what we are trying to say or message in the whole piece.
what vfx can accomplish
We feel VFX are often a way to disrupt the normal thinking process and can influence the brain to focus in a different way. Like animation and motion graphics visual effect often involve movement. We are presented with a change to either trick us in thinking what we see is real and happened, or is distorted in way that keeps us amused and interested even for an extra second or two.
